Nichole MacDonald joined Invest Nebraska in 2019 to build and strengthen the operational platform of the company. In this role, she will be responsible for developing the strategy and enablement of tools, CRM/systems, and external partnerships to facilitate more efficient and effective delivery of capital. Nichole has a proven track record of simplifying business problems and creating focus in organizations. She has deep expertise in articulating and measuring performance and bringing data-driven insights to decision making.

Previously, Nichole spent several years in academic administration and non-profit leadership at the University of Nebraska College of Business as well as the state's largest non-profit entity, the University of Nebraska Foundation. She earned her MBA and undergraduate degrees from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
