Dan Hoffman has been actively involved in building the support ecosystem for new Nebraska enterprises for over 13 years working with a variety of public and private sector partners. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for NMotion and the Advisory Board for the University of Nebraska President Ted Carter. In 2017, Dan was awarded the Entrepreneurship Advocate Award by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Entrepreneurship Center.

Prior to joining Invest Nebraska, Dan served as Senior Policy Adviser to Governor Dave Heineman and Governor Mike Johanns. He earned a M.A. Degree in Economics and a B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a 2012 graduate of the Venture Capital Institute.
