Ben Gathje serves as the Ecosystem Coordinator at Intersect Coworking & Incubator, where he supports entrepreneurs and Norfolk community members through community programming, educational initiatives, and events. He plays a key role in coordinating initiatives such as 1 Million Cups Norfolk and works with community partners to help strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. In addition to his work with entrepreneurs, Ben leads an afterschool entrepreneurship program for middle school students focused on turning interests and identified problems into business ideas. He will graduate from Wayne State College in May 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
