Angel Sidecar Fund

Invest Nebraska’s Angel Sidecar Fund focuses on making matching investments alongside angel investor funds. In conjunction with the Nebraska Department of Economic Development and through funding from the State Small Business Credit Initiative, a program of The Treasury Department of the Federal Government.

Investment Criteria:

• Nebraska based startup company being funded

• Nebraska based Angel Investor Fund (3 or more angel investors in a formalized fund)

• Angel Investor Fund investment is equal to or greater than that requested from Invest Nebraska’s Angel Sidecar Fund

Invest Nebraska will conduct its own due diligence on the investment company but if the investment is made it will make it at the same valuation and price as the Angel Investor Fund.
