East 2 West: Nebraska’s Venture Competition

“The East 2 West” Nebraska Venture Competition is open to entrepreneurs and business owners in Nebraska and those willing to locate in Nebraska.

The winning business idea will walk away with $10,000 in cash and the potential for an additional $50,000 investment.

When? November 18

Where? Talent Plus in Lincoln, NE

Who? Any new or existing business located in or willing to locate to the State of Nebraska.

How? A number of pre-selected applicants will be called upon to make a pitch presentation to a judges panel composed of local and regional business leaders. The judges panel will then select the most promising business plan, and the winner will be awarded a $10,000 cash prize and the opportunity to receive an additional $50,000 investment in exchange for a minority stake in the proposed or existing company.
